​In the Chargify Site:

• Create a new subscription for the customer 

  •  PRODUCT = (Bryt Software - V3) Customization Fee (customization-fees)

  • CHOOSE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER

  • SET NEXT BILLING DATE = when the payment is due

  • CREATE SUBSCRIPTION

• Add a Component to the subscription

  • Available Components:

    • Custom Programming @ $125/hour​

    • Custom Report Building @ $100/hour

    • Customization - Enter any fee

  • Choose "Update Quantity"​

    • Enter the appropriate quantity (hours or total dollars)​​
    • Choose the following setting in the below screenshot
    • Enter a description in the Description box:
      • EXAMPLE: Customization Quote 9-13-2022 - Custom Report Building - Final Payment (50% of total)​
