When we receive a Chargify Email that has the content… “will be charged for the estimated amount due of”:

This means the customer has entered a credit card in Chargify.

The card will be charged on the free trial end date

This email will be received 3 days before the free trial end date
Perform the following steps:

In the Bryt Admin site:

Set the free trial end date in Bryt to the actual end date + 10 days… this allows the account to stay “active” and not “expire” on the due date

In Salesforce:

Add a “Next Follow-up Date” of “Free Trial End Date” + 1

Add a “Next Follow-up Step” = “Free Trial Expires X/XX/XXXX - Paid? - Convert to Customer

On the day following the free trial end date, check if the card was processed

If YES, convert free trial to paid customer

If NO. Expire the free trial
