Process for Setting Up and Multi-Tenant User (SSO)

In Bryt Admin

  • Log In to the Bryt Admin Page and click the 'Add Tenant' button 

    • The Display Name and Company Name should be the same​

    • Contact Name is the account holder's First and Last name

    • Time Zone: You'll want to verify this with the client before creating the tenant, this is important so their tenant updates tenant-wide data at the right time. 

    • If they're a professional version user (most Multi-Tenant users are) then check the checkbox for 'Unlimited Loans'

    • Otherwise, set 20 for the max number of loans (Business version user)

    • Mirror the number of users according to their existing tenant, unless otherwise specified by the client. Some may only want access to themselves and not others. 

    • Do not check the box for Generic Settings since this will be set up by the client. 

  • Once that's all set, finish by clicking 'Create'

In Chargify (Maxio):

  • Check to see if there was an extra subscription created (should only be one - if they've previously signed up for a free trial organically) 

    • Check for this added subscription the following day to ensure there is no subscription created.​

In Salesforce

  • Do nothing - service is set so that the next free trial is assigned the following tenant ID after the internally created tenants.
