In the Bryt Admin Site:

Change “Free Trial Status” in Bryt - Go to the record in Bryt for the new customer. Change the state from “Active” to “Customer”.
In Salesforce
-
Convert to the Lead to Account/Contact - Wait until the lead record in Salesforce converts from “Active” to “Customer”, the create and Account and Contact. Do not create an opportunity.

Once the Account is created, add all the data to the “Bryt Information” Tab in the Account record

Connect Chargify record to Account
-
Enter the following information into the Salesforce Account Record:

Chargify site = bryt-software.chargify.com
-
Chargify Customer ID = 8 digit Customer ID from Chargify

View all Apps in Salesforces
-
Search for “Chargify”
-
Select the Chargify App
-
In the search, look for the subscription using the Chargify Customer ID
-
Select the chargify subscription for that record
-
Select Sync from the drop down box in the upper right hand corner - it will give an error message,,, but continue anyway

Go Back the the account record in Salesforce and add the following additional Information to the SF Account Record

Bryt Payment Start Date
-
Account Status: Customer – V3
-
Billing Frequency
-
Billing Method
