In the Bryt Admin site:
- Change the Free Trial End Date
In the Chargify site:
- If the free trial has expired in Chargify and the subscription is "Past Due", you can extent the free trial end date by using the 'Reset to $0' button. This will set a new due date to the following month with the ability to change the billing date, doesn't charge the client anything either since the past due amount was reset to $0.
- If the free trial has not expired in Chargify... Click the "Change Billing Date" button in the subscription and change it to the new free trial end date.
In Salesforce:
- The free trial end date should automatically update (through the Bryt Admin API)
