If a customer changes the version our modules/users associated with the product, the chargify, salesforce and Admin site should be updated.
In Bryt ADMIN SITE:

Add the modules/users to the tenant

Add the modules to the user
In Chargify:
-
If it is just a change in modules or users, then add the new modules/components to the existing subscription and Reset Current Balance to $0
-
If it is a change in the Version, then delete the subscription and add a new subscription with the correct version. Update free trial end date
In Salesforce
-
Update MRR
-
Update Version (if applicable)
