Process for adding modules/users or changing version

If a customer changes the version our modules/users associated with the product, the chargify, salesforce and Admin site should be updated.

 

In Bryt ADMIN SITE:

  • Add the modules/users to the tenant

  • Add the modules to the user

 

In Chargify:

  • If it is just a change in modules or users, then add the new modules/components to the existing subscription and Reset Current Balance to $0

  • If it is a change in the Version, then delete the subscription and add a new subscription with the correct version.  Update free trial end date

 

In Salesforce

  • Update MRR

  • Update Version (if applicable)
