In the Bryt Admin site:
Verify if tenant has 'Additional Tenant Module' enabled.
If so,
- Check for additional tenants using the same Contact and was created by 'Internal'.
- Delete these additional tenant databases.
- Delete all the users for that tenant
(Don't delete if the same user account/email is being used for another live tenant)
- Delete the Tenant
If not,
- Delete all the users for that tenant
(Don't delete if the same user account/email is being used for another live tenant)
- Delete the Tenant
In the Chargify site:
- Delete subscription and customer
In Salesforce:
- Lead Status = COLD
- Rating = “Closed”
- Next FU Step and Date = blank
- Decline Reason = ???
- Free Trial Status = Deleted
