In the Salesforce Site:

Create a "Customization Proposal" using the Mail Merge link
Note: Mail Merge link is found by going to the Contact, not the Account. Then scrolling all the way to the bottom and finding the 'Mail Merge' link under the System Information Section for the SF Contact.
Additionally: When creating, uncheck 'Log an activity' -
Save the document as a "docx"
Modify the Proposal in WORD:

Customization Details

Timeline
-
Price and Payment Information
In WORD, launch the Docusign app:
-
Request Signatures
-
Choose "Customization Proposal" Template

Add a Recipient (no countersign required)
-
Modify the email subject and message if necessary

SEND
In Salesforce:
-
Save "docx" document as a file
-
Add an "Activity"
-
Log a call
-
Subject = Quote sent
-
Comments = description of quote
-
-
Record a "next follow-up date" and "next follow-up step"
WHEN DOCUMENT IS SIGNED...
In Salesforce:
-
Save signed customization proposal as a SF file
-
Rename the file... "Signed - ....."
In Chargify:
-
Add a billing record for each charge
Notify customer that you have received the signed proposal and it will be billed on Chargify
Provide development team with the signed proposal
